Sodium bisulfite (NaHSO3) has been used as a reagent to compose the immunoprecipitation (IP) buffer to chemically modify DNA and to synthesize arsenolipids (AsL).It can also be used as a reagent during the synthesis of 5,6-dihydrouracil-6-sulfonate.
